Welcome to the Owners' Association
The park consists of 32 luxury villas built in 2006-07 by Goldbau. The park is situated in a scenic area in Kargicak, about 15 km east of Alanya and about 25 kilometers from the coming Alanya-Gazipasa airport and just 2.5 km from a wonderful long wide beach with Blue Flag status and many other fine facilities.
The area, which is some 400 m above sea level, is surrounded by the beautiful Taurus mountains as well as banana and orange groves, and it boasts an exquisite panorama view of the Mediterranean and the coast line with the historic Alanya castle in the background.
The villa owners are mainly Scandinavians and Dutch.
The villa park is well functioning with our own caretakers and the owners' association is well established. One of the projects already implemented is a wireless internet system for all the villas.
