General meeting will take place Tuesday 13th October 2009, 14.00 o’clock at Deniz Restaurant.

Please do inform us whether you will attend and let us have you questions for this meeting before 30st of September so that we have time to prepare the agenda.

Till now the agenda is:

·          Chairman’s report (Financial statement and budget has been send out by mail)

·          Administrators report

·          Election of board members (Jens, Jan and Hans are willing to reelection)

·          Questions to the administrator (Helmut):

·          Tapu have to be converted into “Kat Mülkiyet” soon. What will happen?

·          Status on Iskan and registration water and electricity?

·          Big walls: Cracks and painting?

·          As last year: Working plan for the caretakers, summer and winter. What do they do in winter time? The garage ports have not been cleaned as promised.

·          Road behind line 2? And the road down. What is happening?

·          Entrance to our park and signs leading to GOLD 4 & 5 at the road?

·          Other issues

• Internet access point (row 2) is damaged and will be replaced shortly

• WARNING:  Unfortunately, there have been a some burglaries in GOLD4 and GOLD5 recently. This is at present a main problem for the Alanya area.

   

  As we know the burglaries only take place when the villas are occupied and the shutters have not been closed in all rooms and / or there has been a window open.

   

  We advise you to make sure that all shutters are closed down when you go to bed. In this way, it is impossible to get into the villa without arousing the people in the house.

   

  The stolen things are mobile phones, money, computer, cameras, etc.
